Defendant appeals, challenging the court's disqualification of a prospective juror and also the prosecutor's cross-examination and argument about witnesses defendant had failed to call. Defendant does not question sufficiency of the state's evidence: In the early morning hours the prosecutrix was driving home from work, followed by defendant. When she got out of her car defendant struck here repeatedly with a hammer. Her purse which had contained credit cards and cash was found, without the money, some distance away. Defense was alibi.
